In this role, I developed a fully automated system for periodic data extraction from web sources. I also designed and implemented a highly configurable ETL pipeline, enabling flexible and precise processing of raw data. Additionally, by building analytical dashboards in Power BI, I monitored the warehouse and procurement modules of the ERP system to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in organizational performance.
As the co-founder of a health-tech startup, I was responsible for leading the project from ideation to development and implementation. My key responsibilities included designing the technical architecture of the application, analyzing medical record data, and defining information flow pathways. I also fully managed and executed the development of the system’s backend using Django and an Oracle database, creating a secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure for the product.
As an ERP Specialist at FANAP, I was responsible for developing the Auto Watoo application for managing and automatically generating data extraction scripts. I also played an active role in implementing organizational processes using BPMN standards and the BPMS system.
My daily responsibilities included providing 24/7 technical support to over 40 users at the User Support level, addressing issues via phone and email, and performing more than 30 daily data corrections using SQL.
Additionally, I documented and updated technical manuals related to support processes and executed a project for analyzing large-scale user data from the MIDRP system, which were key achievements in this role.
